Be responsible for co-ordinating mutual exchange process, applications received from customers, liaising with Housing Officers and other landlords to ensure accurate decisions are made within target with the relevant compliance/safety certification received. Make or recommend changes to make continuous improvements in service delivery, to ensure that services provided offer best value for money and comply with CHS targets and standards. Ensure the voids, lettings and mutual exchange process meets all regulatory and audit requirements. Provide effective, accurate and high-quality advice and information to customers making enquiries about a range of housing management issues, including housing and tenancy advice. About You: ...
