This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in building studies and a deep understanding of building regulations and standards. Day-to-day of the role: Conduct thorough building fault diagnosis and provide cost-effective solutions. Diagnose repairs, draw up specifications, and make technical decisions. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including CDM and Building Safety Compliance legislation. Stay updated with current building regulations and standards, applying this knowledge effectively in day-to-day tasks.
