Void SupervisorDLP Services Northern Ltd LiverpoolSalary: £35,000 £37,000 per annum23 days holiday plus statutory bank holidaysCompany allocated vehicleAbout the RoleDLP Services Northern Ltd is looking for an organised, proactive and experienced Voids Supervisor to oversee the delivery of void property works, ensuring homes are refurbished, repaired and ready for handover within agreed timescales and to the required quality standards.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating both directly employed and subcontracted operatives, managing workloads against void schedules, monitoring performance, controlling costs and maintaining effective communication with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow and Programme Management: Develop and manage work schedules for operatives, ensuring tasks are clearly allocated and void works progress in line with agreed programmes and completion deadlines.Site Supervision: Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, productivity, workmanship and compliance with health and safety requirements.Operative and Subcontractor Management: Oversee in-house and subcontracted operatives, ensuring works are completed efficiently, safely and to the required standard.Quality Assurance: Inspect ongoing and completed works, identify defects or outstanding items, and coordinate remedial actions to ensure properties are ready for handover.Costing and Job Coding: Accurately cost and code jobs using the NATFED schedule of rates and relevant ..... full job details .....
