Job Title: Voids SupervisorLocation: Hertfordshire (Welwyn and Hatfield Area)Pay Rate: 24.65 per hourContract Type: Temporary (16 Weeks) - Potential for Permanent Employment About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Voids Supervisor to oversee the delivery of void property refurbishment and turnaround works within a social housing environment across the Welwyn and Hatfield area.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a strong background in housing maintenance, voids, or property refurbishment to join a busy team on an initial 16-week temporary contract, with the potential to secure a permanent position.You will play a key role in ensuring vacant properties are brought back to lettable standard efficiently, safely, and within agreed timescales.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise operatives, subcontractors, and void refurbishment works across multiple propertiesManage property turnaround programmes to minimise void periods and meet performance targetsCarry out pre- and post-inspections to assess work requirements and quality standardsEnsure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations and company proceduresMonitor productivity, materials, and resource allocation to achieve programme deadlinesLiaise with internal teams, contractors, and housing representatives to ensure smooth project deliveryResolve site issues promptly and effectively to avoid delaysMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation relating to ..... full job details .....
