Void Property Manager

Are you an experienced Property Manager with knowledge of housing legislation''s? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Void Property Manager to oversees vacant properties, ensuring they are re-let promptly, cost-effectively, and to the required standard, helping to reduce void times and support rental income. Due to the nature of the role a Valid UK driving License is required. Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the entire void process, from tenancy termination to re-occupationInspect properties and determine the scope of required worksLiaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and refurbishmentsMaintain accurate records of property status, timelines, and works completedProvide regular reports on void performance metrics to senior managementSupport housing officers and tenancy teams with viewings and re-letting activitiesAbout You: Experience in property, housing management, particularly in void or repairs managementStrong organisational and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilitiesKnowledge of building standards, health and safety, and relevant housing legislationAbility to work under pressure and meet performance targetsStrong MS Office skills Knowledge of housing legislations Enhanced DBS is requiredIf you know someone suitable for this role, share the word and through our referral scheme receive up to 250!
