Multi Trade Operative – Social Housing

Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £48,000 per annum + Company Van (PAYE) or £220 per day (Self-Employed)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent / Self-Employed

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established team carrying out repairs and maintenance within the social housing sector across Wolverhampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable work with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Complete a range of multi-trade tasks including:
  • Carpentry
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Patch Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Painting & Decorating
  • General Repairs and Maintenance
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
• Previous experience within social housing or property maintenance.
• Competent across a variety of trades.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• CSCS card desirable but not essential.
