This is a permanent opportunity supporting the delivery of void property works, helping to prepare homes for new tenants by carrying out property clearances, material deliveries and general labouring duties.The Role: Carry out general labouring duties across void propertiesClear properties, gardens, lofts, sheds and external areas ready for refurbishmentLoad, unload and safely dispose of waste, materials and unwanted itemsCollect and deliver tools, materials and equipment using a company vehicleSupport trades operatives with strip out works and property preparationRemove fixtures, fittings, floor coverings and redundant materialsComplete basic making good, cleaning and tidying tasksAssist with stock control and ensure operatives have the materials they needKeep properties, vehicles and work areas clean, safe and organisedReport any health and safety concerns, property defects or additional works requiredUpdate job information accurately using mobile devices or paperworkProvide a professional and courteous service when dealing with customers and colleaguesWork flexibly across voids and responsive repairs as required What We''re Looking For: Experience working in a labouring, construction or ..... full job details .....
