This role requires a candidate with substantial experience in both voice and networking technologies, with a particular emphasis on voice systems.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of hardware and software as per organisational standards.Employ network management tools to investigate, diagnose, and resolve network issues, adhering to service level agreements.Conduct planning, installation, upgrades, and maintenance of local and wide area networks for data, voice, text, or image communication.Execute surveys to determine network connection requirements.Provide first-level support at a help desk, resolving the majority of inquiries and escalating when necessary.Carry out system backups and restore data using standard procedures and tools.Generate reports on network load and performance statistics using management system tools.Install or remove hardware/software following provided installation instructions, ensuring clear communication with affected users.Maintain accurate records of all hardware/software changes for configuration management.Address malfunctions by coordinating with experienced colleagues and external resources to maximise network asset utilisation.Participate in 24-hour ..... full job details .....
