This is a Level 3 role focused primarily on enterprise voice technologies, with some involvement across the wider network estate. You will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and improving critical voice services, working across technologies including: Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Call Manager Cisco UCCE Microsoft Teams telephony Enterprise voice infrastructure Wider networking environments Experience with LAN, data networking or firewalls would be beneficial, but the main requirement is strong, demonstrable voice engineering expertise.
