      <description>Location: Gloucester | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | Voice Engineer   Gloucester, Hybrid  Up to £45,000 plus approximately £4,000 on-call allowance   Permanent   We are recruiting for an experienced Network Voice Engineer to join a well-established technical environment in Gloucester.  This is a Level 3 role focused primarily on enterprise voice technologies, with some involvement across the wider network estate.  You will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and improving critical voice services, working across technologies including:  Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Call Manager  Cisco UCCE  Microsoft Teams telephony  Enterprise voice infrastructure  Wider networking environments  Experience with LAN, data networking or firewalls would be beneficial, but the main requirement is strong, demonstrable voice engineering expertise.  The hiring manager is looking for someone who can clearly explain the voice environments they have supported, the technologies involved and their personal contribution when resolving complex issues.
