Voice and Network Engineer - Gloucester (hybrid) 40k- 47k + on-call allowance and Excellent Benefits We''re working with a large, multi-site organisation seeking a Voice and Network Engineer to join an established infrastructure team.This is a varied role supporting both voice and network technologies across a complex environment. The successful candidate will be involved in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of critical communications and networking infrastructure, with a particular focus on voice technologies. What you''ll be doing as the successful Voice and Network EngineerSupporting and maintaining voice and network infrastructure across multiple sites.Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving network and telephony issues.Installing, configuring, and upgrading network and communications hardware and software.Managing system backups and supporting disaster recovery processes.Monitoring network performance and producing operational reports.Supporting LAN, WAN, SIP and unified communications environments.Working closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal technology teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements.Participating in an on-call rota to support business-critical services.
