VoD TV Broadcast Technical Architect (AWS, TV) 6 Month Contract initially Outside IR35 Rate Approx (Apply online only)pd TBC UK based Remote/Hybrid (Occasional Client site in West London as required) Immediate start preferred or short notice Our Broadcast industry client are recruiting for a Technical Architect from a Video on Demand/TV Broadcasting sector background with In-depth understanding of modern cloud infrastructure etc including strong, hands- on experience of AWS technologies (ideally AWS Media Services - MediaConvert, MediaConnect, MediaLive). Broadcast Media VoD sector knowledge should include a general understanding of the Media Supply Chain, exposure to scheduling systems, play-out, VoD preparation, Working knowledge of media codecs, container formats and protocols etc . Working with a major broadcast media sector clients (broadcasters, network operators etc.) Providing design and delivery of bespoke, cloud-based software solutions. The technical architects are involved throughout the project lifecycle: Work with our customers'' product owners and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, and their technical teams to understand technical constraints and ways of working Help select the most applicable technologies and make the key design decisions within the project to enable a successful delivery Work closely with the pre-sales and development teams to explore different implementation options, estimate effort and produce a Statement of Work ..... full job details .....
