We are looking for an experienced and qualified individual to support apprentices across Engineering, Welding and Motor Vehicle pathways, ensuring learners achieve the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their apprenticeship programmes. Main Duties of Vocational Trainer Include: Managing a caseload of apprentices and supporting them to achieve their apprenticeship within agreed timescales. Planning and conducting progress reviews in line with quality, funding and compliance requirements. Delivering training, coaching and ongoing support to apprentices and employers. Supporting learner inductions and ensuring all parties understand programme requirements and expectations. Monitoring learner progress, attendance and off-the-job training activities.
