Vocational Trainer - Eng, Weld, Motor
Hales Group are currently seeking a Vocational Trainer (Engineering, Welding and Motor Vehicle) to join a well-established education and training provider in the Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft area. We are looking for an experienced and qualified individual to support apprentices across Engineering, Welding and Motor Vehicle pathways, ensuring learners achieve the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their apprenticeship programmes. Main Duties of Vocational Trainer Include: Managing a caseload of apprentices and supporting them to achieve their apprenticeship within agreed timescales. Planning and conducting progress reviews in line with quality, funding and compliance requirements. Delivering training, coaching and ongoing support to apprentices and employers. Supporting learner inductions and ensuring all parties understand programme requirements and expectations. Monitoring learner progress, attendance and off-the-job training activities. Completing employer health and safety reviews and maintaining accurate records. Supporting apprentices with preparation for End Point Assessment (EPA). Using OneFile and other systems to record learner progress and evidence. Building positive relationships with employers and providing advice on apprenticeship opportunities. Attending quality, standardisation and progress meetings as required.
