KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Vocational and Employability TutorLocation: Centre based in East Suffolk - with some travel locallyType: Full Time, Permanent - Term time only 45 weeks per annumSalary: £24,000 - £31,000 dependent on experience (Full Time Equivalent is £27,000 - £36,000)KM are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established Training Provider, who are seeking a Vocational and Employability Tutor who will play a vital role in mentoring and supporting learners, particularly those with additional needs (SEN / SEND). This is a rewarding opportunity to help young people build confidence, overcome barriers, and achieve their full potential.Duties:Deliver high quality learning programmes to include; Employability Skills, Personal and Social Development, Maths and English and a Vocational certificate/ qualification pathway at entry level to level 2 (such as Business Admin; Customer Service; Retail; Hospitality; Health and Social Care; Childcare and more)Deliver to small groups of learners onsite.Work closely with learners to create and update individual learning plans in line with individual and EHCP targets.Ensure each learner receives a robust initial assessment in order to inform and update the ILP and RARPA framework.Ensure all students receive relevant work experience in line with their planned programme of learning.Build good relationships with learners offering support, advice and ..... full job details .....
