Are you an experienced VNA or Flexi Driver looking for a stable, full-time role with consistent day shifts? Gap Personnel is recruiting for a fantastic warehouse opportunity in Rainham, offering a great working pattern, competitive pay, and the chance to join a busy and professional team.

This role is ideal for reliable FLT drivers who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in working safely, accurately, and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating VNA or Flexi FLT equipment safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading, moving, and storing stock within the warehouse.
• Picking and putting away goods accurately using warehouse locations.
• Completing daily truck checks and reporting any issues promptly.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
• Supporting stock counts and general warehouse duties as required.
• Following all site health and safety procedures at all times.

What we’re looking for

• A valid VNA or Flexi/Bendi FLT certificate.
• External licence required; in-house certificates cannot be accepted.
• Previous warehouse FLT experience.
• Willingness to complete a DBS check.
• A reliable, hard-working, and safety-focused attitude.

What you’ll get

• £13.50 per hour from April.
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
• 9:00am - 6:00pm shift pattern.
• 1 hour unpaid break plus two paid 15-minute breaks.
