Key Responsibilities Operate VNA trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and health and safety guidelines. Carry out accurate picking, replenishment, put-away, and stock-movement tasks. Handle furniture and related products, which may involve heavy lifting and manual handling. Ensure all items are moved, stored, and loaded in a manner that prevents damage. Complete daily equipment checks and promptly report defects or maintenance requirements. Maintain clean and tidy work areas, adhering to warehouse safety and housekeeping standards. Assist with general warehouse duties when required, including pallet building, wrapping, and stock counting. Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate any issues affecting workflow or safety. Skills and Experience Valid VNA licence (in-house or external) preferred; training can be provided depending on company policy. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment advantageous. Comfortable with manual handling and physical work; understanding of safe lifting techniques.
