Viva Insight Data Engineer

We are working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Viva Insights Specialist and Data Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a Microsoft Viva Insights data environment, ensuring high-quality, accurate and secure organisational data within a complex enterprise environment. You will combine Viva Insights administration, data engineering, data governance and analytics, working closely with HR, People Analytics, Data Science and wider business teams. The Role You will be responsible for managing and improving the Viva Insights data environment, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the Viva Insights data environment. Administering the Microsoft Viva Insights platform. Managing data uploads, validation and cleansing. Overseeing data ingestion through Microsoft 365 systems. Configuring organisational hierarchies and access management. Maintaining data fields, attributes and metadata. Monitoring and improving data quality. Designing and maintaining data pipelines. Integrating Viva Insights with HR systems and survey platforms. Building and maintaining data warehouses and data lakes. Supporting data modelling and transformation. Developing data processing and analysis solutions.
