Visual Merchandising Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join a luxury retail environment in Bicester. This Visual Merchandising Manager role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual standards, commercial performance, and team development.

Offering -34,00038,000 per annum hours of work will consist of 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and 40 hours per week.

Duties:

• Lead visual merchandising standards across the store
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
• Coach and develop the visual merchandising team
• Plan and deliver seasonal launches, floor moves, and product displays
• Support store visits and ensure the store is always presentation ready
• Work closely with management and operational teams to drive performance

Experience:

• Previous visual merchandising experience within premium fashion retail
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Organised and adaptable with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or similar systems is beneficial
