Visual Merchandiser- Luxury Fashion

We are seeking a hands-on Visual Merchandising Assistant to support a luxury English heritage brand based in the heart of Mayfair. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail, visual presentation and luxury customer experiences. Working closely with the Head of Visual Merchandising, you will play a key role in bringing the brand to life across store environments during the busy festive trading period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of store window displays.
• Support the creation and upkeep of in-store visual merchandising displays.
• Steam and iron garments to ensure products are presented to the highest standard.
• Assist the Visual Merchandising team with photoshoots and campaign preparations.
• Provide assistance during in-store events and activations.
• Ensure visual presentation standards are consistently maintained across the store.
• Carry out general administrative and operational support duties for the VM team as required.

About You

• Previous experience within retail visual merchandising, styling, events or a fashion-related environment is desirable.
• Creative with a strong eye for detail and presentation.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to assist with physical setup work.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about fashion, retail and creating engaging customer experiences.
