This role is ideal for candidates with excellent attention to detail who can remain focused while carrying out repetitive quality inspection tasks.As a Visual Inspector, you will be responsible for manually inspecting pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet strict quality standards before progressing through the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, consistency, and concentration are essential.Shift PatternMonday to Friday07:00 - 15:0015:00 - 23:0037.5 hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesConduct manual visual inspections of filled vials under controlled conditions.Identify and remove defective products, including: Visible particles or contaminationScratches, cracks, chips, and other cosmetic defectsFill volume issuesContainer closure defectsAccurately separate accepted and rejected products.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality inspection processes.Complete inspection records and documentation accurately.Report any abnormalities or quality concerns to supervisors.Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.Participate in visual assessments, training, and ongoing qualification activities.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team.Essential RequirementsGCSE-level Maths and English (or equivalent).Good visual acuity (with or without corrective ..... full job details .....
