Key Responsibilities: Shape the visual and UI direction for a youth-focused digital savings proposition.Translate existing research and strategic insights into clear visual concepts, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Collaborate closely with the Squad Lead, UX Designer, and User Researcher to validate assumptions and convert insights into tangible design artefacts.Balance strategic thinking with hands-on design delivery, ensuring the proposition is compelling and feasible.Create high-quality visual outputs suitable for presentation to senior stakeholders, articulating the rationale and intended customer impact behind design decisions.Collaborate effectively across technology, marketing, and design teams within a complex matrix environment.Utilise prototyping and AI-enabled design tools to enhance exploration while maintaining visual quality.
