To provide administrative support, including basic financial procedures, clerical routines and housekeeping. Key tasks: Open the Information point and shop and secure the premises at the end of the day.Ensure visitors are kept safe at all times, and especially during any incidents and evacuation procedures.Front of house reception work, including welcoming visitors and explaining facilities on site.Answering visitor enquiries both in-person and by phone or email.Selling souvenirs and maintaining shop stock and retail displays.Selling car parking passes, event tickets etc and processing bookings for barbeque sites, frisbee golf etc.Operating the till and completing ''end of day'' procedures and record keeping.General cleaning and tidying of The Barn (shop, caf and patio) area during the day.Assisting with the promotion of any events, activities and exhibitions.
