Working hours will be between 9.30am and 5.00pm on a rota basis, in line with opening days, which are Tuesday to Sunday.Your new role You will be a visitor guide to the organisation''s exhibits and galleries, actively engaging visitors and creating a positive impression of the organisation. You will meet and greet visitors in a friendly and polite manner, providing high standards of customer care. In your role, you will provide accurate and up-to-date information to all visitors. Assist with the start-up and close down of exhibitions, including AV equipment as required. Manage visitor comments and complaints.
