Visitor Experience Officer

Summary We are looking for a Visitor Experience Officer for Sunnycroft in Wellington, Telford. This role reports to the Site Manager based at Sunnycroft and will support the creation and build of the Father Christmas experience at Sunnycroft, along with the operational management of the experience throughout the festive period. Being a Visitor Experience Officer for the National Trust is all about people - connecting with them, inspiring them, and making sure they have the best possible day when they come to visit. Salary: £16,567.20 pro rata (FTE £27,612 per annum) Contract: Fixed term contract until 24-Dec-2026 Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week, this role will include working weekends and evenings during December.
