Visitor Experience Officer

Apple Recruitment are recruiting for 2 Visitor Experience Officers on behalf of the NI Assembly. 1 of these roles attracts full time hours (37 hours per week) and the other attracts part time hours (18 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 10am to 2.30pm). Job Purpose: Visitor Experience Officers are usually the first-person visitors will meet in Parliament Buildings. They are responsible for the following main duties: meeting and greeting visitors to Parliament Buildings; signposting and providing information; reception duties - signing visitors into the Building and issuing their security passes; welcoming visitors in Parliament Buildings'' Great Hall; providing a range of guided tours of Parliament Buildings; providing administrative and operational support for activities undertaken by the Visitor Experience team including, but not limited to, event organisation (internal and external).
