Visitor Experience Officer

Apple Recruitment are recruiting for a Visitor Experience Officer on behalf of the NI Assembly. This role attracts full-time hours, 37 hours per week. This role is temporary until 29 th January 2027. Closing date for submission of cv to Apple: Wednesday 30 th Job Purpose: Visitor Experience Officers are usually the first-person visitors will meet in Parliament Buildings. They are responsible for the following main duties: meeting and greeting visitors to Parliament Buildings; signposting and providing information; reception duties - signing visitors into the Building and issuing their security passes; welcoming visitors in Parliament Buildings'' Great Hall; providing a range of guided tours of Parliament Buildings; providing administrative and operational support for activities undertaken by the Visitor Experience team including, but not limited to, event organisation (internal and external).
