Hourly rate is £15.14 per hour. The temporary role is until 29th January 2027. Job Purpose: Visitor Experience Officers are usually the first-person visitors will meet in Parliament Buildings. They are responsible for the following main duties: meeting and greeting visitors to Parliament Buildings; signposting and providing information; reception duties - signing visitors into the Building and issuing their security passes; welcoming visitors in Parliament Buildings'' Great Hall; providing a range of guided tours of Parliament Buildings; providing administrative and operational support for activities undertaken by the Visitor Experience team including, but not limited to, event organisation (internal and external).
