Visitor Experience Assistant

Bristol Cathedral is recruiting two part-time Visitor Experience Assistants to help deliver an outstanding experience for everyone who visits the Cathedral. Located in the heart of Bristol, the Cathedral welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. Whether someone is attending worship, exploring our history, enjoying a tour, supporting an event or simply seeking a moment of reflection, our Visitor Experience Team helps ensure they receive a warm and memorable welcome. As a Visitor Experience Assistant, you will be at the heart of that welcome. You will greet visitors, answer questions, encourage donations and Gift Aid, support volunteers, promote tours and retail sales, and help maintain high standards across our visitor spaces. You will also support events and activities taking place at both Bristol Cathedral and the Lord Mayor''s Chapel.
