Look after the scheme at Reeve Court in Guildford on a Visiting Scheme Manager basis.Prioritise and manage your own workload independently with a "can do" attitude.Support residents in maintaining their well-being and independence in a varied, customer-facing role.Work as a lone worker with support from the Regional Manager and Head Office Team, along with a Training and Support Assistant.Organise repairs and maintenance of communal areas and understand the structure of the property.Oversee contractors on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.Communicate effectively to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients.Be the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries or property alterations and advise with empathy for typically 60+ residents.Requirements / Skills
