Working on behalf of a well-established housing provider, you will play an important role in ensuring properties are ready for new residents and that the lettings process runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a field-based position requiring travel across the region five days per week. The successful candidate will be confident conducting property visits, carrying out pre-void inspections, managing viewings and completing tenancy documentation accurately. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Carry out pre-void inspections on behalf of the Home Moves team across the South East. Conduct property viewings for prospective residents.
