Visiting Officer - Tenancy Sign-Ups

4Recruitment Services are seeking a proactive and organised Visiting Officer to support tenancy sign-ups and home moves across Surrey and Sussex.Working on behalf of a well-established housing provider, you will play an important role in ensuring properties are ready for new residents and that the lettings process runs smoothly and efficiently.This is a field-based position requiring travel across the region five days per week.The successful candidate will be confident conducting property visits, carrying out pre-void inspections, managing viewings and completing tenancy documentation accurately.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Carry out pre-void inspections on behalf of the Home Moves team across the South East.Conduct property viewings for prospective residents.Complete tenancy sign-ups, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant procedures.Prepare and complete tenancy sign-up packs and core forms.Carry out Right to Rent checks in line with relevant requirements.Complete tenancy agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is signed and processed correctly.Provide a professional and customer-focused service to prospective and incoming residents.Liaise with internal teams to support an efficient lettings and home moves process.Maintain accurate records and ensure all required procedures are followed.
