This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive, as it requires regular travel across Brighton and Chichester. The primary goal is to minimise the time properties remain vacant by ensuring they are let swiftly while maintaining a high-quality service to our customers. Day-to-day of the role: Conducting property inspections, viewings, and sign-ups across local regions. Performing various administrative tasks and showing flexibility to cover different duties as needed. Working from home, the office, and in the field, with frequent travel required across specified regions. Ensuring properties are ready for new tenants and facilitating the letting process to reduce vacancy times.
