This role is ideal for someone with a positive mindset, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to contribute ideas for improvement. As a community-based officer, you will carry out property inspections, viewings, and sign-ups across local regions. The role also includes administrative tasks, so flexibility to cover various duties is essential. Your key objective will be to minimise void periods by ensuring properties are let quickly while maintaining a high standard of service for customers. This is a hybrid role, with a base at either our Leatherhead or Haywards Heath office.
