Location: Central London (Hybrid/In-Office) Contract Length: 6 months Start Date: Immediate/Upcoming About the Role We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations andamp; Logistics Manager to join our team for a 6-month maternity cover. Based in our Central London office, this critical role sits at the heart of our fashion business, ensuring the seamless international movement of talent, samples, and team members. The primary focus of this position is managing the end-to-end global visa and immigration process for models, talent, and creatives, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Visa andamp; Immigration Management: Coordinate, prepare, and submit all visa applications, Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), and permits for incoming models and creative talent. Compliance: Stay up to date with UK Home Office regulations and international immigration laws to ensure the business and talent remain fully compliant. Global Travel Logistics: Oversee complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transfers for talent during peak periods (eg, campaign shoots, fashion weeks). Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for modelling agencies, immigration lawyers, internal production teams, and the talent themselves.
