you will be the first point of contact for our VIP guests, ensuring their journey with us is seamless, discreet, and unforgettable. From pre arrival planning through to post departure follow up, you will anticipate needs, personalise experiences, and deliver Nobus crafted hospitality with warmth and precision.You will:Create a welcoming and lasting first impression for all VIP guestsManage arrivals, check ins, and check outs with a personable and discreet approachAnticipate guest needs, gather preferences, and ensure all details are captured in OPERALiaise with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other teams to ensure every element of the stay is flawlessPrepare and oversee VIP room checks, suite set ups, amenities, and personalised touchesHandle guest queries and feedback confidently, resolving issues with professionalism and careBuild lasting relationships with VIP guests through thoughtful communication and follow upStrive for excellent guest reviews by delivering personalised and seamless serviceEmbody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interactionWhat Were Looking ForYou bring experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations, with a strong understanding of reservations systems such as OPERA.
