ob Title: Commercial Vinyl Floor Layer / Soft Flooring SpecialistLocation: Central London (Zone 1)Pay Rate: Negotiable subject to experienceContract Type: Temporary About the Role:We are recruiting for an experienced Vinyl Floor Layer on behalf of a leading interior fit-out contractor working across high-end commercial, healthcare, and educational refurbishment projects in Central London.You will be responsible for subfloor preparations and the complete installation of commercial sheet vinyl, LVT, and Safety Flooring (Cap and Cove finish) to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Subfloor preparation: screeding, latexing, and ply-boarding.Laying sheet vinyl, safety flooring, and Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT).Performing precision hot welding, capping, and coving.Accurately measuring, cutting, and trimming vinyl to fit doorways, borders, and complex fixtures.Requirements:CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card in Floor Laying preferred).Proven commercial vinyl laying experience (minimum 3 years).Own full set of hand tools, hot welder, and PPE.High level of attention to detail and finishing skills.Valid Right to Work in the UK.How to Apply:If you are available immediately and looking for steady commercial site work in Central London, click Apply Now Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
