ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Vinyl Floor Layer to assist our client with a project based in Bexhill, East Sussex. Own transport and tools required.Daily responsibilities will include:Preparing subfloors (screeding, smoothing, ply-boarding) to ensure a perfect base.Measuring, cutting, and fitting domestic and commercial sheet vinyl.Installing Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) and Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP), including complex patterns and borders.Ensuring all welds, seams, and transitions are flawlessly finished.Providing excellent customer service and leaving work sites clean and tidy.Requirements for the roleA valid CSCS card, Own tools and transportPrevious Vinyl Floor Layer experienceReferences upon requestYou should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat.
