Mo te turanga | About the opportunityThis rare opportunity will see you leading one of our premium communities on the Cashmere Hills in Christchurch, with an experienced team and an exceptional group of residents and their whanau. Rhodes on Cashmere offers independent Living Well Apartments and person-centered care options (rest-home and hospital level care) in a setting that embodies Arvida’s Attitude of Living Well, with high-end living, panoramic views, modern facilities, and opportunities to connect with residents and build a meaningful community.As the Village Manager you will oversee all day-to-day operations including business planning and execution, team leadership and development, resident satisfaction, clinical care, sales, landscape and property maintenance, and overall performance.Responsibilities

To tatou kaitono pai | What you bringYour commercial acumen and strong leadership skills will nourish a thriving community. At a minimum you will demonstrate:At least 5 years'' experience in a similar role (senior living or healthcare experience preferred).Experience in leading, coaching and developing people and fostering a values-led culture.Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to deliver operational goals and oversee robust clinical outcomes.Ability to foster professional relationships with residents and enhance Arvida’s reputation in the local community.Knowledge and experience with commercial agreements, and sales and property management principles.Understanding and application of relevant legislation.Good knowledge of health and safety management and safe working practices.What we offer
