Key ResponsibilitiesConverting inbound sales leads via telephone, email, and live chat into confirmed bookings.Confidently dealing with both direct and trade customersDelivering a consistently high level of personalised customer serviceUnderstanding clients'' requirements and recommending suitable villa optionsLiaising with suppliers regarding availability, rates, and booking detailsPreparing accurate quotations and creating invoicesManaging pre- and post-arrival administrationHandling customer queries efficiently and professionallyReactivating previous clients and past enquiries to generate repeat businessMaintaining accurate records within the CRM system Skills and ExperienceProven sales experience, ideally within travel, luxury hospitality, or propertyStrong telephone and written communication skillsConfident in closing sales and working towards targetsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailCustomer-focused with a consultative sales approachAbility to multitask and manage a busy workloadCompetent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Personal AttributesEnthusiastic and ..... full job details .....
