As a Viewing Guide, you''ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for prospective buyers and tenants. You''ll conduct property viewings across Oxford and the surrounding areas, bringing each property to life by tailoring every viewing to the needs and interests of each client. This is a zero-hours contract, with viewings available across seven days a week. Flexibility to work weekends is essential. What you''ll be doing Conducting professional, engaging property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants. Highlighting the key features and benefits of each property, adapting your approach to individual clients. Delivering an excellent customer experience and representing the Bidwells brand. Providing clear and timely feedback to our Residential Negotiators following each viewing.
