V.I.E—Technical Solutions Engineer—Sales Support (FinTech) role at WeeFin. WeeFin is a rapidly expanding FinTech company revolutionising sustainable finance, with more than 80 employees across France and the UK. Through our SaaS platform, we help financial institutions understand and integrate ESG data, supporting clients in their transition towards more sustainable and transparent finance. The company is growing internationally, with a new London office as part of the V.I.E programme.Position Overview

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction of our platform for clients. You will act as a technical expert and a commercial ambassador, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and maximise value from our platform. You will identify upsell opportunities and present new features, contributing to the business development strategy. You will also develop tactical solutions and algorithms to meet client demands, bridging technical development and business needs.UK Office Overview

You’ll join WeeFin’s UK team of 8, based in a co-working space in Aldgate, London. The space offers facilities such as meeting rooms, lounges, kitchens, and an on-site coffee shop, with a rooftop terrace and in-house gym for breaks and team activities.Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Act as a product ambassador, translating technical functionalities into business benefits for clients and prospects.Tactical Solution Development: Design and implement algorithms or tools tailored to clients’ needs to meet financial or operational requirements.Client Onboarding: Lead platform implementation for new clients, customizing the solution and ensuring a seamless integration.Client Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on effective platform use.Upsell and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand usage within existing accounts and present new features and services to encourage upsells.Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and collaborate with product/development teams to enhance the user experience.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and advocate for their long-term success with WeeFin.What To Expect From This Experience

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.Experience: Technical client-facing experience, preferably in Finance, FinTech or SaaS.Technical Skills: Proficiency in algorithm development, scripting (Python, VBA, or similar), and data structuring; ability to create tactical solutions for financial applications.Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; French is a plus.Client-Focused: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering value.Knowledge in Market Finance (a plus): Understanding of financial markets, products, and risk management is advantageous.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.Interview Stages: Initial Screening (30 minutes), Qualifying Interview (90 minutes), Focus Interview (30 minutes), Final Interview (30 minutes).Offer Stage
