Viennoiserie / Morning Goods Baker , you will be responsible for the full process of creating a range of laminated and enriched dough productsfrom mixing and laminating to shaping, proving, baking, and finishing, in line with our other Bakeries.
Requirements / Experience
Previous experience in a bakery environment is
essential . Specifically with laminated and enriched doughsAbility to
start work at 5am
reliable transport to site is essentialStrong understanding of fermentation, mixing, shaping techniquesExcellent attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work as part of a team as well as independentlyFlexible working days, including
weekend shifts
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and mix doughs for croissants, pain au chocolate, Danish pastries, brioche, and other morning goods.Laminate doughs to a high standard using sheeter or manual techniques.Shape and mould products with precision and consistency.Control proving and baking stages to ensure top-quality results.Finish products (e.g. glazing, fillings, toppings) to expected standards.Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout production.Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.Directorate:
