Video Editor (Part-Time)

We’re a growing podcast production agency based in Newquay, building high-quality video content for brands, founders, and creators. As demand increases, we’re looking for a talented Video Editor to help us scale our output and elevate our content.

The Role as a Video Editor

You’ll take ownership of the full editing process for our podcast content — from long-form episodes through to highly engaging short-form clips.

You’ll be working with:

• Multi-camera podcast footage (typically 3 cameras + 2 audio tracks)
• Full-length episodes (approx. 60 minutes)
• High-impact trailers with motion graphics
• Short-form social clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

What You’ll Be Doing as a Video Editor 

• Editing full podcast episodes (clean, polished, professional)
• Creating engaging intro trailers with motion graphics
• Cutting 3+ short-form clips per episode designed for social media
• Adding subtitles, captions, and visual layers
• Bringing creative ideas to improve retention and engagement

What We’re Looking For from a Video Editor 

• Strong experience in video editing 
• Motion graphics skills 
• Experience editing podcasts or talking-head content (preferred)
• Strong understanding of social-first content
• Ability to work efficiently and hit deadlines
• Creative eye for pacing, hooks, and storytelling

Working Setup

• Part-Time hours to be discussed 
• Hybrid role (Newquay-based with flexible remote working)
• Ideally able to attend the office at least once per week
