Our client is seeking a Vice Principal Education to provide strategic leadership across quality improvement, student experience and 16-18 provision. Reporting to the Principal and Chief Executive, you will lead self-evaluation, performance monitoring, data-led improvement and quality plans, while also overseeing safeguarding, inclusion, learner voice and the wider student experience across all College centres. You will be a strategic leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to analyse data and use evidence to drive improvement.
