Vice Principal - Curriculum Role Information: Reference: REQ001438 Location: Stroud Campus with travel required between Gloucestershire campuses. FTE Salary: circa £80,000 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience). SGS College is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to lead the shaping of an ambitious, future-focused and inclusive curriculum that will ensure our students are ready for the world of work, further study and life. Our new strategy sets a clear ambition for the College and this role will lead the delivery of our Readiness outcome - one of our four key strategic priorities. We are looking for a leader who can drive innovation across our curriculum, working closely with employers and communities to ensure that the learning we deliver sets our students up to succeed, with a real focus on delivering skills that go beyond technical qualifications. We are looking for someone with significant senior experience in an FE College or post-16 education setting with a proven track record of building transformative curriculum.
