We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Tax Management Manager to lead a specialist operational team responsible for transaction tax processing, controls, client servicing, and operational oversight within a highly regulated environment. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to drive operational excellence, strengthen governance and controls, enhance client service delivery, and contribute to strategic transformation initiatives within a globally recognised financial institution. The Opportunity This role offers broad exposure across Transaction Tax Operations and Wealth Services activities, including: Oversight of transaction taxes including Stamp Duty, Irish Stamp Duty, Financial Transaction Tax (FTT), and PTM Levy Applying tax rules across operational processes and trade lifecycle activities Managing transaction tax reconciliations, controls, and exception investigations Investigating and resolving SDRT and Stamp Duty breaks and discrepancies Managing tax payments and submissions in line with HMRC and Revenue Commissioner deadlines Supporting tax reclaim investigations, preparation, submission, and processing activities Monitoring tax treatments across settlements and unpaid CREST positions Acting as the primary ..... full job details .....
