This is an exciting opportunity to partner with executive leadership and shape the future of HR across a global workforce of approximately 1,200 employees.

About the Role
As the Vice President of People, you will:

Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate with the Division President and leadership team to define and execute a global people strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design and business transformation.
  • Align talent strategies with business priorities to support growth and operational excellence.

HR Leadership for EMEA

  • Serve as the HR Leader for the EMEA region, ensuring effective deployment of HR strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and compliance across various jurisdictions.
  • Balance global consistency with regional nuances in HR execution.

Talent & Leadership Development

  • Lead succession planning and talent pipeline strategies across the division.
  • Coach and develop senior leaders to enhance organizational capability.
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver impactful talent solutions.

Organisational Effectiveness & Transformation

  • Drive workforce planning and transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead change management efforts across global and regional initiatives.
  • Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Work closely with global HR teams and business functions to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Act as a key connector across global and local HR teams, influencing outcomes with strong relationships.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical, data and technological experience - comfortable with reporting and systems
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at the executive level and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong background in organisational design, transformation and change management.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

  • This is a temporary leadership assignment with regular international travel required.
  • Remote work across EMEA is supported.
