Here you will have the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most iconic global brands in the consumer sector.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end execution of complex transactions. Ensure seamless execution of deals, manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and handle negotiations.Lead and develop relationships with senior executives, private equity firms, and corporate clients within the consumer sector.Overseeing financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and providing high-level strategic advice.Help identify and pursue new business opportunities within the consumer space.Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality work output.Qualifications6-8 years of experience in investment banking with a strong focus on the consumer sector.A strong academic backgroundA deep understanding and knowledge of key market dynamics, trends, and challenges in the industry.A proven track record of managing and executing complex MandA transactions and other financial advisory work.
