Vice President (VP)

to join a high-performing

Energy and Power advisory team

based in London. This is a key role for someone with strong technical grounding in debt structuring and capital markets, who can also contribute across corporate finance, refinancing, and select MandA mandates.The focus is on

conventional energy and power infrastructure

– including thermal generation, midstream assets, reserve-based lending, and utilities – supporting clients navigating an evolving but still fossil-fuel-reliant energy system.Where You’ll Make an Impact:Core energy markets

– Advise across upstream and midstream oil and gas, gas-fired power, and integrated utilitiesStrategic transactions

– Support capital raising, refinancing, and asset rotation for large-scale energy infrastructure across EMEAGlobal client exposure

– Work with energy corporates, infrastructure funds, and international lenders, including those active in emerging marketsWho You Are:6–8 years’ experience
