This is a highly visible leadership role, working closely with the Technology COO and senior leadership team to drive the operational excellence, strategic execution, and transformation of the Technology function.You''ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model, improving organisational performance, optimising workforce and cost strategies, and strengthening engagement between Technology and the wider business.
